A very special July 1st Play That Funky Bingo game we had last Wednesday as it was the first of the month and only several days away from celebrating America's 250th America-versary!
We started the game out with some 90's to get the mood right, and for some patriotic themes I chose "Country Classics" and "More Horns, Please" to bring out that 'Murica feeling. Then we finished up the way we always do with some 70's.

We had a lot of good art projects in the 3rd round for extra entries and chances to win. For next Wednesday, while we typically do an art drawing, I think it would be appropriate to write the one word phrase Oklahoma! followed by a big golden record to acknowledge that on July 8th 1958 The Recording Industry of America issued its first gold record album to the soundtrack of the film Oklahoma!
