This past Wednesday was all about Mable's moves while Betty's spendin' time under the boardwalk. It got real funky throughout the night at Surf & Turf! To close out the summer season we played to the tunes of Summertime Fun In The Sun, then what is summertime without One Hit Wonders, after which we proved music spans generational appeal with hyped up Millennial Floor Fillers, finally ending on a decade everyone loves - the 70's.
Next week we will be decidedly in Autumn, according to the relative position of the Earth to the Sun. While we celebrate the changing of the seasons, let us also celebrate the debut single "Rapper's Delight" by The Sugar Hill Gang, who is often credited with bringing hip hop to the mainstream. Write the phrase "Rapper's Delight" on a winning bingo card in the 3rd round to receive an additional entry to win this week's game.
Winner's Last Week:
Betty - $10
Destiny - $10
Ed - $10
Art from last week.
See you all next time!
